1. Students:
As a student in our Van Expedited division, you will receive the best training in the business, plus your CDL A license in as little as two weeks. As an industry leader, we give you more miles, more money and the best training in the industry.
Our training program
We will teach you how to keep your CDL license clean with proper training because we want you to run safe and legal. Every year, CRST sponsors hundreds of students in getting their CDL A license by working with certified truck driving schools across the country. Driving classes start weekly and traditionally last two weeks. Approval for the program is based on the applicant's driving, work and criminal history, not credit! There are NO CREDIT CHECKS!

Our program is different because we get you certified and out on the road faster, which means you will make money much faster than traditional training programs offered by other carriers. What also makes us different is that most companies make you wait 90 days before your benefits kick in, with us, you get benefits within your first 30 days.
2. Company Truck Drivers
From exceptional pay rates to the highest average length of haul in the business (1,500-1,700 miles a week); CRST knows how to take care of its drivers. And because more than 60 percent of our business is time sensitive freight, you'll always be moving.

No more splitting your pay! Our drivers split miles 50/50 and are paid according to the amount of experience they have.
Experienced team drivers can earn up to $1,300 a week, based on miles and lead drivers (trainers) can receive up to $1,700 a week including assessorials and other incentives. CRST teams are out 3-4 weeks at a time and home 3-4 days, guaranteed.
